Returns & Exchanges

• You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

• Items such as innerwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions.

4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you about the return status.

Refunds

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
